Refuge has a year-round manager

The Belagua Refuge is a true symbol of mountaineering in the region and the only high mountain refuge in the Navarre Pyrenees. Reopened to the public in August 2020, after 16 years closed, it returns to serve the mountaineering public. It is accessed by road and is located at the foot of wheeled vehicles. Dining room and terrace facing south with wonderful views over the forests of the Natural Reserve of Larra and the Rincón de Belagua. Products and food of quality and proximity in our bar-restaurant, shared rooms in bunk beds, pleasant and with beautiful views. Our facilities are in harmony with the environment in a unique spot.Montañeros de Aragón (Aragonese Mountaineers' Club) built a mountain hut in this very spot.
